4. Contact form processing
The contact form is processed on our IONOS hosting and sent through authenticated IONOS email to connect@edge-semi.com. It uses a temporary session token and short-lived request limits to help prevent abuse. Rate-limit records contain a hashed network identifier, counters and timestamps; they do not contain your message. Our email provider processes messages delivered to our mailbox.
5. Cookies and local storage
The website stores your cookie preference in your browser’s local storage under edge-cookie-preference-v1. The preference is valid for 180 days. This record contains your choice and an expiry time, not your contact-form details. The contact form also uses an essential session cookie to validate submissions.
You can use to change your choice, or clear stored data through your browser settings. Rejecting optional cookies does not disable essential storage, website hosting, or requests needed to load external content. Accepting currently does not activate analytics or advertising tracking because none is configured in this website.
External services, including the hosting and email provider, may use their own cookies or storage under their policies. The Edge Semi preference control does not manage those separate services.
6. Maps, fonts and external links
The contact map loads Esri map tiles, and the website loads fonts from Google Fonts and the Leaflet library from unpkg. Loading these resources connects your browser to their providers and may transmit technical request information such as your IP address. The map displays our office location; this website does not request your device’s location.
Links to affiliated companies, LinkedIn and Edge Cloud open separate websites or services. Their privacy practices may differ. This policy covers this marketing website, not data processed within a separately operated cloud application.
